  1. 2025 — now

    Systems architect · RGAO, UP Manila

    I lead architecture and development of SURI, the research information system of record — 15,000+ records, 50+ users, reporting that runs in seconds instead of days. I’m also building RACE, the shared orchestration layer beneath the university’s research platforms.

    Independent contractor · SaaS architecture

    I’m architecting a multi-tenant SaaS platform for digital advertising catalogs, with clean tenant isolation from the schema up.

    Senior ICT Assistant · NGOHS, UP Manila

    I built and ran DRMS and GO-ARAL for the National Graduate Office for the Health Sciences — ~1,000 applicants a year, ~200 support requests a month — owning the APIs, database schema, RBAC, and reporting behind both.

How I build

Systems should grow instead of being rebuilt. API-first services, clean separation between platforms, and authentication designed for an ecosystem rather than a single app.

I build continuity in from the start — documentation, version-controlled code, and reproducible infrastructure another engineer could pick up without starting over.

AI features follow the same discipline: the assistant answers from approved sources and hands off to a human when something falls outside its scope, rather than guessing.
